• Standard server and content-delivery logs, used for security and availability.
• Aggregate page-view counts. No advertising profiles are built from your visit.

The desk assistant

The assistant answers questions about the material on this site. Messages are processed to produce a reply and may be retained for a limited period to operate and debug the service. It does not collect contact details and does not pass you to a sales process.

Please do not send personal information, identity documents, payment details or anything confidential in the chat. If you do, ask us to delete it.

Cookies

No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Anything stored is functional — remembering that you closed a panel, for example.

Third parties

Pages are delivered through a content-delivery network, which processes request metadata such as IP address in order to serve the page. Links to outside bodies are marked and those sites have their own policies.
